ICEpower 1200AS2 is a powerful complete amplifier module with integrated power supply that only needs a box and connectors. Can be used both for stereo output stage or as mono output stage where you get a full 1200W available in 4ohm.
You can therefore start with a module to run in stereo and then upgrade with another if you want to run both in mono for maximum effect and sound quality. But a single 1200AS2 is plenty for most people and offers plenty of power and very high sound quality.
The ICEpower 1200AS2 combines two high-performance 1200 watt ICEedge-based Class D amplifier channels with an integrated power supply. In addition to being the most powerful integrated solution, this is also the most convenient two-channel solution with extreme sound effect and performance in the amplifier module category.
The ICEpower 1200AS family uses a universal ErP and Energy Star compliant power supply and provides comprehensive protection and monitoring functions. All are accessible through an easy-to-use control interface. In addition, dedicated monitor outputs for speaker connector output voltage and current enable a real-time speaker protection system. The integrated aluminum base plate of the 1200AS acts as both a cooling and mechanical interface. This allows for easy mechanical integration and extra cooling can be added.
