With Marantz AV8805 you get incredibly natural reproduction and unmatched sound precision.
Marantz AV8805A offers an outstanding design for the best, unaltered music and movie playback. The very rigid chassis – the foundation for all circuit boards that carry the sensitive audio signal – leaves no chance for microphonic influence through unwanted vibrations. The oversized toroidal transformer powering the large main capacitors is mounted on an extra 5mm thick aluminum pedestal for extra stability. All electronics benefit from the copper plating on the chassis which guarantees the best grounding connection everywhere and significantly improves the signal-to-noise ratio. A total of 17 individual HDAM modules are used to achieve the best channel separation for reference-setting sound performance. Finally, everything is well enclosed by a heavy lid constructed from three parts.
