NuPrime PRA-9X is a fully balanced preamplifier with an MM phono input. The inputs and outputs use a special audio relay switch, which has low crosstalk and highly accurate signal transfer.
The phono input has multiple input resistance and capacitance settings, allowing it to be matched to different MM cartridges. The PRA-9X phono stage is a two-stage RIAA amplifier with the audio-grade NJR MUSES8820 operational amplifier, providing an accurate RIAA curve and low distortion at high gain.
The line outputs have four of NuPrime's new, extremely low-distortion amplifier modules (THD 0.0004%), built around the MUSES8820 in a new amplifier circuit. They combine extremely low distortion with powerful drive capability.
