If you order before 3 PM on weekdays, we will ship the same day, provided the item is in stock. Normal delivery time is 1-5 business days, but during high order volumes or for certain products, delivery may take longer. If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

For exchanges or purchases of a new item in connection with a return, we cover the return shipping cost.
