What differences do these feet make in practice? Can you really hear any improvement?
With Sonic Design damping feet, a strong reduction in drawer movement is achieved. It is clearly noticeable if you hold a finger loosely against the upper part of the front of a speaker box that it vibrates much less when playing.
The result is that the sound is better released from the speakers, there is a larger sound image, and the system has a cleaner sound with audibly lower distortion.
Another effect is that the reduced vibrations in the floor also reduce disturbances to the neighbors in the house.

This variant is available in four different weight classes and does not need to be fine-tuned to each specific speaker model. The function is still good. The weight classes are: 4-12 kg, 12-28 kg, 28-50 kg, and 50-100 kg. Packages are available with 4 or 8 damping pads for speakers. They can be used for all types of speakers, including subwoofers and surround speakers.
