Sparkos Labs SS3602 Dual (DIP8) - discrete operational amplifier
The SS3602 are dual discrete operational amplifiers in an 8-pin DIP-compatible package optimized for high-performance audio applications. These units replace many common, but inferior, op-amps for audio and are uniquely engineered for problem-free swapping into virtually any circuit. With a footprint of only 0.33 square centimeters, these units are one-third the size of any other discrete op-amp on the market. Class A biasing and high output current combined with a proprietary two-pole compensation that requires multiple dielectric NPO capacitors make these discrete op-amps impossible to fabricate as a monolithic IC.
