Supra Cat 8 is future-proof by supporting 40GBASE-T over a single cable! It is also backward compatible with the Cat 6A standard, available in several lengths equipped with the significantly improved RJ45 connector to keep up with the new speed. From Cat 6A, the speed is four times higher in Cat 8 with its bandwidth of 2000 MHz!
Supra Cat 8 is ideally used in TCP/IP and UDP applications where accurate data flow is very important and the time to retransmit lost bit packets is limited, such as 4K and 8K video streaming, highly oversampled and high-resolution music, computer games, data centers, and installation of modern networks in workplaces, public venues, hotels, and conference facilities, among others. With its very high bandwidth, lagging video conferences and the latest level of high-resolution movies, games, and video are avoided.
Supra Cat 8 is constructed with double shielding instead of single shielding to avoid interference and data loss. Furthermore, its larger conductor area is especially suitable for PoE (Power over Ethernet) with its lower loss and voltage drop.
