Supra Classic 4.0/H FRHF (Flame Retardant)

Supra Classic 4.0/H FRHF is a halogen-free and flame-retardant speaker cable that delivers high performance and safety for demanding installations in homes or professional environments. This cable is perfect for high-powered systems, medium cable lengths, or as a bass cable in bi-wired or bi-amp Hi-Fi systems. It is excellent for public venues and buildings that must meet strict fire safety requirements according to the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning’s regulations BFS 2014:3 BBR21 (building class Br3, requirement E, Acidity for buildings under 200 m², such as single-family homes, or warehouses/industries in activity class 1 under 500 m²).

• Top-class fire safety: Very good flame resistance with halogen-free construction that provides low smoke emission and minimal levels of toxic gases. Fire class Dca-s1, d1 (smoke density: s1, particles: d1). Complies with the EU’s CPR (Construction Products Regulation) according to EN 50399:2011 and EN 60332-1-2:2004/A1:2015/A11:2016, with CE marking for safe installation in public and official premises.
  
• Halogen-free jacket insulation: Made with PE ECCOH 5943 FRHF (polyethylene), making the cable slightly stiffer than the standard Classic series but reducing friction for easier pulling in conduits during concealed installation. Perfect for indoor and outdoor use – recommended in conduits outdoors for maximum protection.
  
• High-quality conductors: Tin-plated, multifilament OFC copper conductors (oxygen-free 5N purity) with 511x0.10 mm strands per conductor for excellent corrosion protection and reduced skin effect. This prevents electron hopping between strands, reducing timing errors in the music signal and providing a cleaner sound experience.
  
• Flexibility and durability: The cable is robust with low aging degradation and mechanical friction, facilitating installation in tight spaces. As part of the Supra Classic series, it offers a clear sound improvement compared to cheap standard cables.
