The cable minimizes interference radiation to sensitive low-level circuits and signal cables, making it ideal for fixed installations where interference-free operation is crucial. The tin-plated copper and ion-stable insulation guarantee clean and powerful signal transmission, while the flexible design facilitates installation.

• Low inductance for superior sound quality: Linc 4.0 is constructed with twisted conductors and short pitch, which minimizes the magnetic field and provides a low inductance of 0.45 µH/m. This ensures clear and detailed sound reproduction, even at longer cable lengths and high power levels.

• Effective shielding against interference: Equipped with an aluminized PET foil with 100% coverage, the cable effectively blocks interference leakage and protects against external electromagnetic disturbances. The shield is connected to the amplifier’s negative conductor, chassis, or ground terminal for optimal performance (only at the amplifier end).

• Tin-plated OFC copper conductors: The robust 2 x 4.0 mm² tin-plated copper conductors (511x0.10 mm) minimize corrosion and skin effect, providing cleaner sound by reducing current jumps over oxidized surfaces. Tin plating acts as a semi-Litz solution for improved signal integrity.

• Ion-stable double insulation: Supra’s specially developed PVC jacket (GA78) reduces ion emission, protecting the copper conductors and ensuring long-lasting performance. The insulation is approved for 100V systems and makes the cable robust and reliable.

• Flexible and installation-friendly: Despite its powerful conductors, Linc 4.0 is flexible and suitable for concealed installation in conduit, thanks to specially adapted manufacturing methods that eliminate the common drawbacks of twisted cables.
