Supra Supra XL Annorum XLR is a high-performance speaker cable, created to celebrate Supra's 40th anniversary, and developed in collaboration with a Swedish speaker designer. The cable features 4 x 1.6 mm² stranded conductors made of 5N oxygen-free copper, which provides excellent inductance and effectively minimizes the skin effect. Its PP plastic insulation contributes to long-term stability and corrosion resistance. Supra XL Annorum XLR is positioned between Supra's Sword and Quadrax cables, offering excellent interference immunity and flexible connection options with Supra CombiCon connectors.

  • Star Quad configuration for the suppression of inductance and immunity to noise

"What happens when Supra XL Annorum XLR comes onto the scene, right in between these two? (Quadrax and Sword). Well, the short answer is that the newcomer is significantly better than Quadrax and is thus also much closer to Sword in performance... Here, there is an effortless musicality but also a calmness and control that is glaringly absent in the cheaper Quadrax cable. This is noticeable across all registers but especially in the bass, which is tightened up incredibly in comparison and is very close to Sword. Quadrax has of course not gotten worse since last time, but with the new Supra XL Annorum XLR, you get all the qualities of the cheaper cable, but so infinitely much more on top of that."

In my system the Annorum cable has proved to be very suitable

I really appreciate the transparency of the midrange and the extension of the high frequencies of the Annorum cable, but even more I appreciate its effect on the low frequencies, which become drier and more dynamic. These features, in my listening environment and with my speakers, a bit exuberant on the low frequencies, proved to be very suitable.
