The PC-10000DC is TAGA Harmony's flagship power conditioner - a unit that combines four functions in one chassis: mains filtering, DC blocking, a linear power supply for USB, and overvoltage and overload protection.
Eight Schuko outlets are divided into four independent filter groups, each optimized for a specific type of equipment - audio sources, digital accessories, preamplifiers, and power amplifiers. The groups are filtered separately using SQ common-mode chokes wound with flat oxygen-free copper, and the audio source group is also isolated by a 200 W toroidal transformer. This separation gives your system cleaner power and better performance, while extending the lifespan of connected components.
The built-in DC blocker removes the DC component in the mains voltage - the source of transformer hum and elevated operating temperatures - with blocking up to 12 V. It can be switched on and off in real time so you can hear the difference. Two USB ports are powered by a three-stage linear power supply instead of a switching adapter, providing a clear improvement for USB-powered devices.
The front panel features an analog voltage meter with switchable backlighting in five colors, two digital displays showing voltage, current, power, frequency, and power factor, as well as phase detection with a polarity selector. The interior is wired with 5N (99.999%) single-crystal oxygen-free copper, and the circuit boards are mounted on an anti-vibration platform with ball feet. Gold-plated connectors and the included TAGA TPC-TS-1.5 m power cable complete the package.
