Platinum has always been considered the most important speaker series in TAGA Harmony's premium category.
When the TAGA Harmony team created the Platinum v.4, they were aware of the high expectations for the superior audio performance recognized from its predecessors and of the challenges of incorporating a new, modern look into the range. The final result has exceeded all planned goals and resulted in a fantastic sound performance that, according to TAGA Harmony, is well above the price range of the Platinum v.4 series.

TAGA Harmony has completely redefined the Platinum series by upgrading all the important components responsible for the sound and introducing completely new, elegant and modern cabinets.

TAGA Harmony believes that since music and sound are about emotions and what we feel, in the construction of Platinum v.4 they have invested most in intensive listening tests and careful and precise sound adjustments. The Platinum v.4 sound is characterized by a deep, perfectly controlled and defined bass, a soft and full midrange and a pleasing, detailed and crystal clear high range with a very open and airy sound image.

KEY FEATURES

• 3rd generation TLIE-II cabinet ( Taga Low Interference Enclosures) with stiffer structure and thicker MDF walls to limit unwanted resonances and increase the internal volume. 
  
• Cabinet wall thickness: 18mm front baffle and 15mm walls.
  Magnetic mountable grille - helps keep the speakers more elegant and provides lower distortion when the grille is removed.
  
• High-quality damping material to better break up standing waves, reduce resonances and limit distortions, improving sound smoothness and characteristics in all areas.
  
• BOM Bass Reflex Omnidirectional Module port with low turbulence and high speed that uses concave diffusers for increased dispersion of low frequencies.
  
• The second generation TPTTD-I tweeter ( Taga Pure Titanium Tweeter Dome) uses a lightweight titanium dome and additionally has a copper ring on the T-yoke to increase and broaden the SPL while reducing distortion and providing faster and more precise movement of the dome, providing a more detailed and airy sound.
  
• Second generation TWG-I tweeter front ( Taga WaveGuide) - a specialized horn-like design of the tweeter front with concave diffusers and metal grill with a dome that contributes to an even and flat dispersion of the sound in and outside the axis of the tweeter. In the latest edition, the shape and depth have been reworked to provide better sound flow and even wider dispersion, which helps to create a more three-dimensional and natural sound image. Minimizing the number of components means better structural rigidity, lower distortions and resonances.
  
• 3rd generation TPACD-II bass-midrange driver ( Taga Pure Aluminum Cone Drivers) - rigid aluminum chassis with ultra-fast movement provides smooth, full and very natural frequency reproduction in the midrange as well as deep, precise and detailed bass reproduction.
  
• Ogrodnik crossover - Platinum v.4 series performance is controlled by Ogrodnik crossover filter. They are specially and personally designed and engineered by well-known Polish speaker designer and audio press reviewer, Arek Ogrodnik. TAGA uses a minimal number of high-quality and carefully selected components in the high-pass and low-pass division sections to ensure the best possible neutrality, handle enormous amounts of power and provide the greatest possible precision.
