Platinum has always been considered the flagship speaker series in TAGA Harmony's premium category.
When the TAGA Harmony team created Platinum v.4, they were aware of the high expectations for the outstanding sound performance associated with its predecessors, as well as the challenge of incorporating a new, modern look into the series. The final result has exceeded all planned goals, delivering fantastic sound performance that, according to TAGA Harmony, is far beyond the price range of the Platinum v.4 series.

TAGA Harmony has completely redefined the Platinum series by upgrading all the key components responsible for the sound and introducing completely new, elegant and modern enclosures.

TAGA Harmony believes that because music and sound are about emotions and what we feel, the design of Platinum v.4 focused primarily on intensive listening tests and careful, precise sound tuning. The Platinum v.4 sound is characterized by deep, perfectly controlled and defined bass, a smooth and full-bodied midrange, and an appealing, detailed and crystal-clear treble with a very open and airy soundstage.

KEY FEATURES

• 3rd-generation TLIE-II enclosure (Taga Low Interference Enclosures) with a more rigid structure and thicker MDF walls to limit unwanted resonances and increase internal volume. 
  
• Cabinet wall thickness: 18 mm front baffle and 15 mm walls.
  Magnetically attachable grille - helps keep the speakers more elegant and provides lower distortion when the grille is removed.
  
• High-quality damping material to better break up standing waves, reduce resonances and limit distortion, improving sound smoothness and performance across all ranges.
  
• BOM Bass Reflex Omnidirectional Module port with low turbulence and high velocity, using concave diffusers to increase low-frequency dispersion.
  
• The second-generation TPTTD-I tweeter (Taga Pure Titanium Tweeter Dome) uses a lightweight titanium dome and also features a copper ring on the T-yoke to increase and broaden SPL while reducing distortion and enabling faster, more precise dome movement, resulting in a more detailed and airy sound.
  
• Second-generation TWG-I tweeter faceplate (Taga WaveGuide) - a specialized horn-like faceplate design with concave diffusers and a domed metal grille that helps provide smooth, even sound dispersion both on and off the tweeter axis. In the latest edition, the shape and depth have been redesigned to improve airflow and provide even wider dispersion, helping create a more three-dimensional and natural soundstage. Minimizing the number of components results in greater structural rigidity, lower distortion and fewer resonances.
  
• 3rd-generation TPACD-II bass-midrange driver (Taga Pure Aluminum Cone Drivers) - a rigid aluminum chassis with ultra-fast movement delivers smooth, full-bodied and highly natural midrange reproduction, as well as deep, precise and detailed bass.
  
• Ogrodnik crossover - Platinum v.4 series performance is controlled by the Ogrodnik crossover. They are specially and personally designed and engineered by renowned Polish speaker designer and audio press reviewer Arek Ogrodnik. TAGA uses a minimal number of high-quality, carefully selected components in the high-pass and low-pass crossover sections to ensure the best possible neutrality, handle huge amounts of power, and deliver the greatest possible precision.
