TAGA TCW-290R is an in-wall speaker in the TCW series that delivers good sound quality at a reasonable price. This 2-way ceiling speaker is suitable for home theater and audio systems, as well as commercial applications. It combines clear, natural sound with an installation that makes the speaker discreet in the room.
With its thin frame and magnetically mounted grille, the TCW-290R offers low visibility while spreading sound widely across the listening area. The rigid injection-molded polymer chassis reduces distortion, vibrations, and resonances. The mounting brackets are easy to use and secure, with visible blue clamps for handling in dark spaces. Extra rubber coating and a honeycomb structure reinforce the chassis for better sound.
The speaker features a 19 mm (0.75”) silk dome tweeter with a swivel mount for directed dispersion, as well as a 165 mm (6.5”) polypropylene bass-midrange driver.
The grille is paintable and magnetically attached for integration into ceilings or walls.
