TAGA TCW-880
TAGA TCW-880 is the largest in the TCW series and delivers superior sound performance at a fantastic price. It features an extremely hard and strong injection-molded polymer chassis that minimizes distortion, vibration, and resonance, as well as specialized brackets that make installation very easy. All speakers are designed for music, home theater systems, or commercial applications.
The latest TCW series uses a honeycomb structure on the front panels to further reinforce the speaker chassis and diffuse reflected sound. The front panel is rubber-coated for a more luxurious appearance and to further improve sound performance.
Slim frames and magnetically attached grilles make the speakers almost disappear into the room.
Modern in-wall and ceiling speakers are now expected not only to deliver fantastic sound but also to be less visible. With the new TCW models, you get both! The sound is clear, natural, dynamic, and offers wide dispersion throughout the listening area. Thanks to the slim frames, the speakers are difficult to see once installed in the wall or ceiling!
The well-thought-out design makes installation easier thanks to many specialized features:
- Very slim chassis to enable installation even in tight spaces
- TIMPC - TAGA injection-molded honeycomb-structured polymer chassis is very rigid and strong to minimize distortion, vibration, or resonance. The additional rubber coating further reinforces the chassis and improves sound performance;
- TEI - TAGA Easy Install mounting brackets are extremely easy and safe to install.
- The ABS clamps are bright blue for easy installation in dark spaces;
- TSLB - TAGA Super Low-profile Bezel grilles are magnetically mounted and paintable. They are aesthetically pleasing and practically disappear into the ceiling or wall
- +/- 3dB level adjustment compensates for speaker placement and room anomalies;
- Rotatable tweeter to direct high-frequency sounds toward a selected area of the room
- TEC - TAGA Easy Connection: all speakers use high-quality push-in banana connectors that accept bare speaker wire up to 10AWG and most popular types of connectors (banana or pin plugs). The connectors make installation very easy.
