XTZ Cinema M8 Tower is an advanced floor-standing speaker designed to deliver an outstanding sound experience in home theater systems and Hi-Fi setups. With a unique combination of eight high-performance drivers in a specially designed configuration, the M8 Tower offers neutral, harmonious, and powerful sound that fills rooms up to 120 m² with minimal distortion and high precision.

Unique Driver Configuration:

• Hex Tweeter Array: Six 24 mm dome tweeters in polymer-reinforced Japanese silk, arranged in a line array, handle frequencies from 950 Hz to 30,000 Hz. Five elements cover the midrange (950 Hz–2,500 Hz), while one element focuses on the highest frequencies (2,500 Hz–30,000 Hz). This provides precise, dynamic, and detailed reproduction with controlled dispersion and minimal phase shift.
• D'Appolito Bass: Two 200 mm (8") electrodynamic bass drivers with long-fiber paper cones and polymer blend, arranged in a D'Appolito configuration, deliver deep and controlled bass with high sensitivity and low distortion.

Sound Adjustment (Room Tuning):

• A switch on the back adjusts the treble level in three settings (-2 dB, 0 dB, +2 dB) to tailor the sound to the room's acoustics or personal preferences. -2 dB suits rooms with long reverberation, +2 dB for heavily damped rooms, and 0 dB for most environments.
• The bass reflex port can be closed with an included plug to provide a more precise bass or left open for a deeper, more impactful bass.

Speaker cabinet:

• Robust cabinet: Made from high-quality HDF for maximum stiffness and stability. The parallel trapezoidal design minimizes internal resonances, and a 7.5° angled wall directs sound toward the listening area for optimal dispersion.
• Anti-reflective lacquer: Eight layers of matte black polyurethane lacquer minimize reflections from screens or projection surfaces and provide an elegant, professional finish. The high-gloss baffle enhances the exclusive appearance.
• High-quality terminal: Gold-plated contacts support bi-wiring and bi-amping, with included copper spades for optimal signal transfer. The terminals are robust and compatible with both bare wires and banana plugs.
• Magnetic grill and logo: The acoustically transparent grill attaches magnetically for a clean look without the grill, and the magnetic XTZ logo can be easily removed or adjusted for horizontal or vertical placement.

With a frequency range of 29 Hz–30 kHz (±3 dB) and a sensitivity of 91.2 dB, the M8 Tower delivers powerful and detailed sound, perfect for both home theater and Hi-Fi. The unique line-array design with six dome tweeters ensures a smooth frequency response within ±30° and minimizes reflections from walls, floors, and ceilings, providing a clean and dynamic sound image even in acoustically challenging rooms. The two 8-inch bass drivers in a D'Appolito arrangement offer deep and controlled bass, while the low crossover frequency (950 Hz) to the dome drivers reduces phase shift and distortion for a clean midrange. The speaker can handle high sound pressure levels (up to 600 W short-term) without sounding muddy, making it ideal for large rooms and demanding audio experiences.
